Philip Beasley - Director

Philip started his working life at age 15 as a clerk in a shipping office in the City of London, whilst undertaking extra studies to help him achieve his goal of reaching a managerial level in his professional career.

An enlightening spell travelling the world in the Navy showed Philip that his strengths lie in people management, the basis for his success in operating several service industry businesses up to the mid-nineties. Philip also took the time to study for a qualification in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at Auckland University in New Zealand.

The worldwide web was born in the nineties. Even before many people in the UK knew what a website was, Philip had through his own research realised that Information Technology and particularly the internet was going to be the future for commerce and business, so he took 3 months sabbatical time in the USA studying Internet Marketing Technologies with the Global Entrepreneurs Network of Florida USA to gain their Internet Marketing Certificate. Since that time Philip has been applying these Internet Marketing strategies both to his own businesses and to those of others.

Philip has recently developed the Shop4Staff website to change the antiquated way in which recruitment currently works, both by helping companies to find workers more easily, and helping workers find jobs quickly.

The website is a user-friendly portal that enables employers and staff to use Information Technology to enhance their recruitment experience.
