I have worked in data entry on a daily mail campaign. At the moment I am volunteering so that i may gain experience within an office. I started at the Citizens Advice Bureau on the 6th March 2012 and I have been working on their reception, where I book clients in and transfer client records from one database to another. I have been updating company records, calling clients asking for feedback about the service and any ad-hoc duties. I also have completed Equality and Diversity training.
