I have developed good skills in team management (training, team building etc.) at a lower management level predominantly in Customer Service Contact Centre environments but also in a warehouse environment. I possess excellent attention to detail, which means I rarely make mistakes. I have developed good skills in collating data for reporting performance figures and product/ service level analysis. I also have an excellent aptitude for resolving Customer problems effectively and efficiently.
