I have worked as an administrative clerk for the past two years at Rr Donnelley where I have recently been made redundant. My main responsibilities were mail opening, scanning batches, QA batches of applications and cheques before getting passed over to Asia, fulfilment, sending emails, completing reports, returning original documents and applications to post office customers. I also worked in the other department when needed were I would scan MBNA cheques payments, data entry of cheques and a small amount of recon. I have the ability to in a team and work well alone.

I have worked in retail before and absolutely loved it. I have also worked in customer service and enjoyed it. I worked for Orchards caravan site doing retail for 9 months (seasonal) and customer service I worked for a taxi firm in Colchester for 8 months.
I have experience for a couple of the above jobs bar the receptionist and admin jobs but they are both jobs I'd love to get into.

On retiring joined B&Q selling kitchens and bathrooms then joined Cornwall College as Public Services lecturer and gained PGCE (FE) (Post Graduate Certificate in Education) whilst so employed. Moved to Norfolk and now involved in Adult Education -literacy and numeracy.
