In security terms i have 14yrs in the British Army serving in hostile and frienley enviroments. My area of expertise is in counter terrorism. I have also served in the Prison Service for 19 yrs. I dealt with some of the most dangerous prisoners in the country and later in service, some of the most vunerable. I have an NVQ in Communication Skills (1991 and 2006) also in Numeracy (1991). I have also achieved a diploma in Management Studies (1992). I work well in a team, as a leader and on my own.
