I would like to undertake a job as it would provide me with valuable and desirable experience for getting into university  I’m keen to do a good job, hardworking, reliable, and have good social/interacting skills. I also feel I am good for a job as I have the skills to deal with a wide range of customers.

I was involved with Snake In The Grass, an events management company, for several years. The experience helped develop my communication skills with customers and the general public. By working for an organisation dealing with the public on such a vast scale, I learnt to handle difficult customers and complaints in a responsible and calm manner. Often responsible for ticket sales I am used to handling relatively large amounts of cash.

Working at Tenpin gave me the opportunity to experience a working environment and to interact with members of the public. I worked at the main reception helping out with customers queries. This helped improve my communication skills and self confidence. I also worked in the kitchen area as a waiter communicating with the kitchen staff and taking food orders.
