i have worked in RSPCA charity shop for 5 weeks, doing a retail course getting a experience in shop work, through this i did duties such as ; working on the till, taking payments of customers, sorting through items, pricing them making sure they are in good condition for the shop floor. i also worked in two hairdressers where i got experience on receptionist duties. I did a entry to employment course with YMCA and got a John Muir and First aid certficate.
