I have worked as an administrative clerk for the past two years at Rr Donnelley where I have recently been made redundant. My main responsibilities were mail opening, scanning batches, QA batches of applications and cheques before getting passed over to Asia, fulfilment, sending emails, completing reports, returning original documents and applications to post office customers. I also worked in the other department when needed were I would scan MBNA cheques payments, data entry of cheques and a small amount of recon. I have the ability to in a team and work well alone.
I have good interpersonal and communication skills. I am punctual, accurate and hardworking. I can work on my own initiative, under pressure and to tight deadlines. I am keen to learn and willing to take part in any training and guidance to fulfill this role.I am available to start immediatley.
