I followed out 4 months of work at Copple’s Cafe and The Leather Bottle; this was part of an apprenticeship in Hospitality and Catering. My main duties were as followed, Preparing and cleaning tables, cutlery and plates for the daily routines, serving food, using the till and helping with the stock for the company. Throughout my placements I had to carry out tasks in order to complete any of my NVQ. however the NVQ was not complete due to been treated unfair/bullied.
