Excellent communication skills gained through supervising role at Bay Trading, where I communicated with my colleagues and delegated roles. Also I had to use my problem solving skills where I had to deal with a difficult customer and after a while it ended quite good where the customer calmed down.
At college I developed presentation skills by presenting a product that was assigned to us and I actually felt quite comfortable after a short while and it is something I feel confident in doing.
