As part of my degree I have undertaken a 100 day placement at the Priory Witham Academy in Lincoln which involved undertaking assessments, 1:1 work with children, family work, home visits, and group work. I am now on my final placement at New Beginnings in Ipswich working with children who have been sexually abused and this involves assessments, 1:1 sessions and group work plus work with parents/carers.
