I qualified as an RGN in1984 at Guy's Hospital in London and had 6 months experience as a Staff Nurse.
I then trained as a primary school teacher and worked for over 20 years as a teacher with the London Borough of Enfield.
I moved to Norfolk in 2008 and following a career break I now want to use my own previous experience of supporting sick and disabled relatives by working in a caring role in the local community.

I have previously worked in a busy office doing admin work, I have also worked on a local clothing market stall where I had to sell clothes to customers. Also I completed my work experience in a nursery working with younger children. Although my experiences were very different, they all gave me a sense of responsibility and helped me develop my social skills as I am now able to communicate with new people and also build and maintain a good relationship with them.
