What should I write for Skills and Experience?

When writing about your skills and experience imagine that you are a busy employer who needs to find a good local employee. Tell them what they need to know about you to make a decision to contact you. Don't re-write your CV in detail, your sole purpose is to convince them that you are the right person for their particular job and to get them to contact you. Think about the particular skills and attributes that a person needs to do the job you do really well and tell them that you have them. If you need any more help feel free to contact us

What should I include in the short summary?

This is a really important part of your profile which gives you the opportunity to sell yourself in 10 words. For example: "Experienced care worker with NVQ2 - available immediately" or "Friendly waitress with 3 years experience in busy restaurants". Employers will use the short summary to decide whether to read the rest of your profile so make sure it sends out a really clear message about who you are.
