I have just achieved a Ba honours in media and cultural studies and was awarded a 2:1.
I also have an NVQ level 2 in retail and an gnvq in leisure and tourism.
I have been working in retail for the past seven years and during that time I have gained a good level of customer service and also have experience in a supervisor role. The different companies I have worked from are Game, shoe zone and music zone.
I also have brief experience working as a hotline assistant for ucas clearing.
